Experience of Rice pudding

on the day of Shrawan 15 we were supposed to make khir but because of holiday we made it on Shrawan 17.first we bought all the required ingredients from the nearby shop with Deepak sir.We were very excited.But all the students should bring 1 packet of milk and for us. Khem sir and Deepak sir us a lot in preparing rice pudding. We made rice pudding for pre primary and ,teachers and for us.many photographs were also taken during making rice pudding we first gave to pre primary student.then we gave to school teachers,staffs,worker.they said it's very tasty and better than the rice pudding prepared by previous seven class.they ate and add again and again.then we ate it was very fun together during making rice pudding.
Ingedrients:
1) 3 kg rice
 2) 15 Litre milk
 3) 2 Kg sugar
 4)2 kg ghee
  5) Khir masala:(Coconut- 100 gram, chokara 100 gram, kaju -100 gram, sukmail masala 100 gram)      
Ingredients for pickle:
 Potato -3 kg  
Cucumber - 2 kg
 Lemon - 200 g
 Green chilly -100 g
 Salt - 1 packet
 Corriender (dhaniya) -50 g
 Besar - 50 g
 Green peas - (Small 200 g)
 Carrot - 200 g Til - 200g 
Steps to make rice pudding:
 Potato -3 kg

 Salt - 1 packet
 Corriender (dhaniya) -50 g
 Besar - 50 g
 Green peas - (Small 200 g)
